A garden has a length that is three times its width. If the width is n feet and fencing cost $8 per foot, what is the cost of the fencing for the garden?

Garden is a rectangle which has Perimeter P of:
P = 2l + 2w
l = 3w
P = 2(3w) + 2w
P = 6w + 2w
P = 8w

Width w = n, so we have:
P = 8n

Cost = 8n * 8 = 64n dollars
