15y + 13/c = m for y

Subtract 13/c from each side to isolate the y term:
15y + 13/c - 13/c = m - 13/c

Cancel the 13/c on the left side and we get
15y = m - 13/c

Now, divide each side by 15 to isolate y:
15y/15 = (m - 13/c)/15

Cancel the 15 on the left side, and we get:
y = (m - 13/c)/15
